How will I earn passive income?
Condo Leaseback - You will leaseback your unit to our management company. It guarantees a steady monthly income, regardless of vacancies, and is completely hands-off. The management company handles everything, from tenant management to property upkeep.
Vacation Home Lease - You have the freedom to sublease your unit for a minimum of 60 days at a time. You'll be responsible for finding tenants, managing bookings, and maintaining the property. This option is hands-on, but you are in control of how much income you make!
When can I expect to get paid?
Only applies to Condo Leaseback!
During the initial development phase of the Ocean Club project, your investment will be dedicated to the preparation and construction of the property, and therefore no income will be generated. Your leaseback payments set to begin in Q4 2025.
